Masonry saws are designed to cut brick and block, and differ from tile saws, which they somewhat resemble, in a number of ways, including general robustness, material height capacity, and the fact many are designed to be used dry.
There are two main types of masonry saws: Production models and Portable models. While both are portable, production saws are large, very heavy, and not generally designed to be loaded up and moved from job to job regularly. The portable variety may also be rather large and heavy, but rest on a collapsing or folding stand, and can be moved relatively easily with one or two people. We carry high quality masonry saws from Felker, MK Diamond and Imer.
