Industrial power cutting saws are handheld saws designed to cut through materials such as steel beams, rebar and concrete. Power cutting saws are usually lightweight, gas or hydralic powered, and come in a few varieties:

• Blade Driven: Standard diamond blade saws.
• Ring Saws: Use a diamond ring blade. Because the blade is driven from its periphery, not its center, ring saw power cutters can make very deep cuts.
• Chain Driven: Similar to a wood-cutting chain saw in design, but built to withstand the rigors of cutting through heavy concrete and steel.
