Single-Flex F.S. is a rapid setting, multi-purpose latex modified thin-set mortar.
Use Single-Flex F.S. where there are limited downtime concerns, or to set and grout tile in the same day.
Mix Single-Flex F.S. with water or 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture for improved bond strength and flexibility.
Single-Flex F.S. is suitable for setting porcelain, ceramic and stone tile in both interior and exterior applications. Single-Flex is recommended for installing tile over plywood, backer board and approved waterproofing/crack isolation membranes and existing ceramic and vinyl floor.
