This drill motor from Husqvarna is extremely easy to operate. The DM 280 features an ergonomic handle that makes it easy to carry around. The controls are designed and positioned to further enhance ergonomics and to facilitate drilling. The DM 280 can be used on all of Husqvarna?s larger drill stands, and for drill bits up to 14" in diameter. The machine has three gear stages, so you can find the optimal drilling speed.
- * If the motor runs at too high a load for a long period, it will start to pulsate. If the load is not reduced the motor will shut off, to prevent overheating. Elgard? significantly increases the machine's service life.
- * An electronic current limiter for softer starts. Full speed is reached about two seconds after the switch is turned on.
- * 2 versions for high and low speeds.
- * Water-cooled gearbox.
- * Equipped with overload indicator (LED).
- * Water hose can be turned 180°.
