The C1316 Clipper saws include all the features of the larger self-propelled Norton Clipper saws in a more compact format. This saw features a strong 13HP (11 Net HP) Honda engine in either manual or electric start. Constructed with a well-balanced and narrow box frame with right or left cutting capability, these flat saws are very versatile on any size job site.
