How deep can you cut at a time in cured concrete and how many feet per minute?
The FS 520 has a max cut depth of 7-5/8 .in and a blade rpm of 2620. How long it takes to cut is going to depend heavily on the type of concrete being cut and the quality of the blade being used. With 20.8 hp it has plenty of power to make quick cuts.

What is the max depth the 20" blade can cut?
The Cutting depth, max. on the 20" Blade is 7.7 inches.  
Does the blade always spin? If not how do you stop it?
The blade starts to spin when the machine starts, a bit like a lawn mower. You can ingage and disingage the transmition to move the cutter, and there is a dial raise and lower the blade. Also an Emergency stop button that shuts the engine down. See the Owners Manual at the bottom of our description on the product page, for full instrustions on how to use this machine.
