Schluter KERDI-DRAIN ADAPTOR KITS are used to convert traditional clamping ring drains to integrated bonding flange drains when removal of the clamping ring drain is not practical. A stainless steel adaptor ring with an over-molded rubber gasket replaces the clamping ring and is sealed to the existing drain body using Schluter KERDI-FIX. The bonding flange then slides into the adaptor ring and seals against the rubber gasket. The residential drain adaptor kit features an ABS bonding flange. Adaptor kits are suitable for both mortar bed and Schluter KERDI-SHOWER-ST shower tray applications. The Drain Grates come in multiple finishes including; Stainless Steel, Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Brass, Copper, and Nickel.

Does this product fit common 2 .in drains? My application requires mating with an existing Sioux Chef 821 clamping ring.
For your application you would need the Pasco Plastic shower drain, ABS (which we carry). You would connect to your drain pipe, loosen the screws, remove the top, then you could add the Schluter Kerdi Drain Residential Kit. This kit is really made for converting standard mud pan shower to schluter drain. usually you do this when the drain is already poured in concrete and you can not cut off and glue new one in.
