Aardwolf Twister MSS03: Motorized Remote-Controlled Swivel Shackle

The Aardwolf Twister Motorized Swivel Shackle MSS03 is a heavy-duty, remote-controlled rotation device designed to make the handling and positioning of heavy slabs and industrial materials more efficient and controlled.

The Twister integrates with Aardwolf slab lifting clamps to allow operators to remotely rotate the lifting clamp before engagement. This makes it easier to align the jaws with slabs stored in racks and improves access in confined storage areas.

Once a load has been secured and lifted, the MSS03 provides smooth 360° bi-directional rotation, allowing stone slabs, glass panels, and other heavy materials to be accurately positioned from a safe operating location. Radio-frequency remote control enables operators to control rotation from a forklift or crane cab.

Powered by a 24V DC motor, the clip-in battery system provides up to 12 hours of operating time per charge. Its compact inline design and heavy-duty bearing system make the Twister suitable for demanding fabrication facilities, warehouses, and outdoor material-handling environments.

By reducing the need for workers to manually push, pull, or guide suspended materials, the Aardwolf Twister MSS03 helps improve workflow efficiency while supporting safer heavy-load handling practices.
