Ardex V 1300 High Flow Self-Leveling Underlayment is a premium-grade solution designed to level and smooth interior substrates prior to the installation of finished flooring. This versatile underlayment can be applied over a variety of substrates, including concrete, wood, terrazzo, and properly prepared non-porous surfaces. Its variable water ratio allows installers to adjust the mix for optimal flow and coverage, depending on project requirements.
Capable of being installed up to 2 inches thick in most applications without aggregate, Ardex V 1300 is ideal for correcting uneven floors and preparing substrates for a wide range of floor coverings. It can be applied by pouring or pumping, making it suitable for both small residential jobs and large commercial installations.
With a rapid drying profile, the surface becomes walkable within 2 to 4 hours. Moisture-insensitive tile and stone can be installed after just 6 hours, while most other floor coverings can be applied after 24 hours, helping to accelerate project timelines.
