Laticrete Multimax 1 is the industry’s first high-performance, ready-to-use premixed adhesive mortar that delivers the power and versatility of a traditional thinset without the hassle of mixing or water. Designed for all tile and stone sizes, it offers outstanding bond strength, non-sag and non-slump performance, making it ideal for large and heavy tile (LHT) and gauged porcelain tile panels (GPTP).
Each pail includes a convenient Activator that, when sprayed with water over the troweled adhesive, boosts performance for demanding installations — including wet areas, non-porous substrates, and large-format tiles over 12" (300 mm).
Its dust-free, creamy formulation provides excellent trowelability, reduces fatigue, and increases productivity, while eliminating jobsite mess and waste. Unlike conventional mastics, Multimax 1 exceeds ANSI A118.15 HET, A118.4, and A118.11 standards, meaning it’s suitable even for submerged applications such as pools and spas, as well as for installation over exterior glue plywood.
