Montolit SuperStick Large Format Tile Handling System – Full Kit

The Montolit Superstick Large Format Tile Handling System is characterized by its extreme modular form and flexibility of use. It is designed for handling and positioning the latest generation large format (300 × 150cm) porcelain stoneware slabs and tiles.

The Superstick differs from other frames on the market, because it has the possibility to position the suction cups according to the size of the tile slab together with the workings that are realized in the plate (holes, indentations, etc.)

The overall dimensions of the complete Montolit SuperStick Frame are also specific to allow the removal of the tile slabs from the special packaging crates that carry them. Also the telescopic handles allow a more ergonomic grip.The carrying frame enables movement of  tile slabs in both horizontal and vertical positions and is equipped with telescopic feet to allow support on the ground so that the tile is held in the frame without being damaged.

The special Montolit Suction Cups are equipped with a vacuum safety gauge indicating the force of adhesion with the tile slab. In the case of thin/reduced thickness tile slabs it is recommended that extra suction cups are added to avoid harmful bending of the plate. The Montolit Superstick is made of galvanized steel to resist wear and corrosion.
