Distar Galaxy Diamond Cutting Blade for Porcelain Tile - 5"

Distar Galaxy 5" Diamond Blade: 45° Porcelain Miter Cutting Blade

The Distar Galaxy 5" Diamond Cutting Blade is a next-generation solution designed specifically for professional tile installers who require flawless 45-degree miter cuts on porcelain tile without the need for additional edge grinding.

Its patented Twin-Win Technology features two specialized diamond cutting surfaces that perform separate functions simultaneously. The turbo cutting side utilizes large industrial diamonds for fast material removal and excellent cooling, while the opposite side incorporates fine diamonds with a softer bond to polish and refine the visible edge during the same cut.

This innovative design dramatically reduces installation time by producing clean, chip-free bevels that are often ready for installation immediately after cutting. The result is perfectly finished outside corners without the extra labor traditionally required for polishing or edge refinement.

Optimized for porcelain tile and porcelain gres, the Galaxy blade delivers consistent cutting performance, excellent cooling characteristics, and an impressive service life of up to 984 linear feet (300 meters), making it an outstanding choice for high-end tile installations where speed, precision, and finish quality are essential.
