Over 75% of customers prefer the 1" cushion inserts. We recommend them if you:
- work on your knees 8 or more hours a day
- have had knee problems or knee surgery
- weigh 200 lbs or more
- want the most protection
Some customers with thinner legs or a smaller build prefer the 5/8" inserts for a better fit in the knee cup.
- Take off your shoes.
- Stand up straight.
- Measure from the floor (A) to the top of your kneecap (B).
Choose the A to B size closest to your measurement (17" to 25.5", in half inches).
