For dry cutting, the water tank fitting can be removed and an attachment for a vacuum hose can be added. If you use a Makita Vacuum with BlueTooth capability the saw will connect with the vacuum and when you depress the saw operation switch the vacuum will automatically turn on. 18v LXT batteries sold separately.
