Glaze ’N Seal Multi-Purpose Sealer — Clear Water-Based Acrylic

Glaze ’N Seal Multi-Purpose Sealer is a versatile, clear acrylic water-based finish formulated to protect, beautify, and extend the life of a wide range of porous surfaces. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it waterseals and enhances unglazed tile, concrete, brick, masonry, stucco, slate, and natural or manufactured stone.

Its breathable, film-forming formula provides excellent resistance to water, oil, grease, acids, and organic stains while remaining UV-stable and non-yellowing. The medium-gloss finish subtly enhances surface color and texture without creating a heavy or artificial appearance.

Extremely easy to apply and maintain, Glaze ’N Seal Multi-Purpose Sealer can also be used as a base coat for interior finishes such as Glaze ’N Seal Acrylic Floor Polish or applied over painted and color-stained surfaces for added protection and improved appearance.

Application and Preparation

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, oil, wax, grease, efflorescence, and defective paint or sealers. If muriatic acid is used, thoroughly remove all residue and neutralize the surface with Glaze ’N Seal Neutralizing Rinse before sealing.

Application

Apply two or more thin coats without puddling. Allow each coat to dry to the touch before applying the next coat (typically 1–3 hours, depending on conditions).
