Can I use All Set to install ditra over 10 day old concrete?
Yes, The opened ribbed structure on the underside of the ditra mat allows the vapor released from the concrete to neutralize and in a lot of cases makes the concrete stronger because the moisture evaporation is slowed down in the concrete slab.

I was always under impression that only unmodified should be used over ditra , is this modified shluter thinset ok to use over ditra ?
This is the answer from Schluter regarding the use of other manufacturers’ modified thin-set mortars to install tile over Schluter boards and membranes. .inNo .in Schluter's position on the use of other manufacturers’ thin-set mortars within their systems in general has not changed. .inWe have no control over the formulation of other manufacturers’ products and therefore cannot guarantee consistent, positive results with their modified thin-set mortars when installing tile to Schluter® boards and membranes. We continue to warranty other manufacturers’ modified thin-set mortars to bond DITRA to approved substrates.

The last question above never answered. So le me ask the question for that person and for me. Can I apply the Schulter All-set Modified thinset on top of the Ditra and then place my floor tiles on top of the All-set modified thinset.
