Sigma NEX Serie 4 is a professional push tile cutter engineered for precise scoring and splitting of demanding ceramic and porcelain tiles. Its rigid structure provides stability throughout the cutting process, while the precision carriage helps maintain accurate, straight cuts over extended use.
The ergonomic NEX handle uses a pushing incision system that allows deep scoring with minimal effort. Its 16 mm scoring wheel remains clearly visible from the operator side and uses double suspension to provide cushioned scoring on structured and uneven tile surfaces. The wheel is mounted on a roller bearing and guided laterally by an anti-friction metal shell for smooth movement and reduced clearance.
The sliding carriage runs on three double-row ball bearings for wear-resistant, precise movement along the steel rails. An automatic steel compensator adjusts the rail preload, while the automatic handle-holding system simplifies tile positioning before scoring.
For splitting, lifting the handle automatically rotates the 120 mm splitting foot into position. The interchangeable anti-mark protection helps prevent unwanted marks on the tile, while the front rubber pad absorbs impact during scoring. The swivel measurement bar includes a spare scoring wheel compartment and can be extended with the optional 17A extension.
