Laticrete Latasil Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, one-component, neutral-cure 100% silicone sealant designed for ceramic tile and stone applications. Its flexible formulation provides a durable sealing solution for joints exposed to movement, moisture, and changing environmental conditions.
Latasil offers Class 25 performance with approximately 25% extension and compression capacity. This makes it suitable for movement joints in residential and commercial applications, as well as joints where ceramic tile meets glass and window framing.
The sealant is suitable for interior and exterior applications, swimming pools, wet areas, masonry construction, and expansion joints. Its resistance to pool chemicals supports use in demanding pool environments, while antimicrobial technology helps protect the treated article.
Latasil conforms to ASTM C-920 Type S requirements and ASTM C-794 adhesion properties. It also meets Use NT, Use I, Use M, and Use G classifications for applicable construction and glazing applications.
Latasil is available in all 40 Laticrete standard sealant colors plus clear. The sealant is designed for easy smoothing and tooling and complements the Latapoxy 310 Stone Adhesive system.
